Enjoyed my stay at J Resort in Reno for its fun casino, tasty dining options, and easy parking. Despite a minor room mix-up, the location was convenient for exploring. A roller coaster experience, but overall a pleasant stay.

The J Resort's location in the heart of downtown Reno is ideal for exploring the city, and the proximity to the Sands Regency Casino provides easy access to entertainment and dining options. The property's fitness center and indoor whirlpool with mountain views offer a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel charged a $30 resort fee, which felt excessive considering that many services were not available, such as closed restaurants and no valet parking. the room I stayed in faced a train track, and the noise from passing trains made it difficult to sleep.

The location was quiet, within walking distance of National Bowling Stadium.

I chose J Resort for its convenient proximity to Reno-Tahoe International Airport, as I was only staying for a short transit during my travel. The 15 km distance made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover, offering easy access to the airport for my next journey. the hotel's non-smoking air-conditioned restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience with a wide selection of delicious meals, perfect for a relaxing break in between flights.
My stay was slightly marred by early morning construction noise, which began at 7:30 AM, disrupting my rest. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I received an unsympathetic response, with no effort made to address the inconvenience.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The room was clean, well-organized, and my son loved it. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of the main strip and the bus station. The view from my room on the 9th floor was stunning at night. The games at the casino were just as good as those in other nearby casinos. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable for a great night's sleep.

The front desk clerk was very professional and welcoming after a long drive with a baby. Mel's Diner stood out with excellent food. Staff assisted a fellow guest in a time of need, showing exceptional kindness. The stay could have been improved with better housekeeping and more efficient service. The relaxing amenities like the outdoor swimming pool and entertainment options added to our family bonding experience. Nearby landmarks such as Saint Thomas Aquinas Cathedral and Reno Events Center also enriched our stay.

The buffet at the hotel was a feast fit for a king! I felt like I was on a culinary adventure, with a tantalizing array of dishes that made my taste buds do the tango. It was like a foodie's paradise, where every bite was a symphony of flavors.
Room cleanliness and AC issues.

Embrace the grilled veggie bliss and tantalizing local delights. The top-notch casino games and clean rooms deserve a shoutout. Plus, kudos for the spacious room and sleek TV!
Sure, the suite could've screamed luxury, and the jacuzzi needed a little coaxing. Check-in was turtle-paced, but hey, adds to the Reno charm.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at J Resort in Reno, chosen by my director. The Fitness Center, located on the 16th floor of Aspen Tower, offered stunning views that made my workout sessions truly enjoyable. There were numerous ways to relax and stay active, including volleyball, a well-equipped gym, invigorating spa treatments, a sauna. The variety of options ensured that I could unwind and recharge after a long day of meetings, adding a delightful touch to my stay.
Could not be improved in any way.
